RETURN&REFUNDS POLICY

At Alin Atelier, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we have outlined our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be in original packaging

• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order pieces

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale or discounted items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the item (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Alin Atelier is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or refund after review.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
