BUYER INFORMATION
The customer who registers on the Alınatelier.com shopping site. The address and contact information provided during registration will be used as the basis.
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The parties have the right, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, to purchase, pay, and deliver the product, the specifications and sales price of which are specified in this text, and which the buyer orders electronically from the seller's website.
BASIC FEATURES AND PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
The name, basic features, type and model, color, taxes, and shipping costs (as per unit price) of the products subject to the contract are as specified in this text. There will be no additional charges. Interest and fees incurred if the buyer utilizes the installment options provided by the credit card have no bearing on the product price, nor does the seller.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE AND METHOD OF DELIVERY OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is deemed to enter into force upon the buyer's approval. The contract is fulfilled upon delivery of the product purchased from the seller to the buyer.
The seller will deliver the contracted product by courier to the delivery address specified by the buyer.
DELIVERY COSTS AND PERFORMANCE
The delivery costs of the contracted product are the seller's responsibility. The seller will ship the contracted product within 3 business days of the buyer's payment of the contract price to the seller.
The invoice will be delivered to the buyer within 7 business days of the date the product is shipped by the seller.
7. PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY
7.1. Payment must be made by credit card and money order/EFT at the time of ordering.
7.2. The seller is responsible for ensuring that the contracted product is delivered intact, complete, compliant with the specifications specified in the order, and accompanied by an information card.
7.3. If the buyer is not at their address at the time of delivery, the seller will be deemed to have fulfilled their obligation. Therefore, any damages resulting from the buyer's late receipt of the product, the costs incurred due to the product being held by the courier company, and/or the return of the cargo to the seller are the buyer's responsibility.
7.4. Similarly, if the product covered by the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible if the person/organization refuses to accept the delivery.

8. OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Regarding product returns and exchanges, the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection will apply, and these regulations will prevail.
Products that cannot be returned?
Earrings for hygiene reasons, custom-made designer products, non-standard-sized products requested, and damaged or resalable products.
How long is the return period?
Except for products that cannot be returned, you can generally return the product within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date, provided it is unworn, unused, and in a resalable condition.
What are the return conditions?
You can find the items that must be complete in the products you send for return below. If any of these items are missing, the product return will not be accepted.
All copies of the product invoice you received. If the product was received with an e-Archive invoice, a printout of the e-Archive invoice.
Products to be returned within the 15-day period must be returned complete and undamaged, including the box, gift, and packaging.
Products sent for return by Alin Atelier will be inspected and accepted after the product is determined to be undamaged, unused, and complete. Returns will not be accepted if the product is used or missing its packaging.
The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account after your return is accepted is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made by credit card are reflected in your account within 1-3 weeks, while payments made by money order are reflected in your account within 1 week.
How do I return it?
Before returning the product, you must provide us with your return request, including your order number, the name and surname used in the order. You can contact us at alinatelier.com or @alinatelierr on Instagram. We will get back to you as soon as possible and provide a return shipping code. You can send the product to us with the shipping code provided. The buyer is responsible for the two-way shipping fee for returns. The refund will be deducted from the shipping fee and any gift wrapping fee (35 TL).
